Do you print your own cards?
No. My entire line of cards and paper products is of premium quality and printed in a professional printing lab.
What type of cardstock do you use?
Depending on the holiday, graphic, or product, I use different types of cardstock. It could be Linen, cotton, or bamboo. My most common cardstocks are classic felt and pearl. Classic felt offers a rich, solid white with a not-so-smooth texture. Whereas the pearl provides a luxurious look with a satin feel. Both classic felt and pearl are currently my favorites. However, that could change at any time. :)
What type of cards are in your store?
I offer cards for many occasions, including birthdays, sympathy, encouragement, thank you, a few holidays, and more.
How often will you have new cards & gifts?
Writing and creating are two of my many passions, and I truly enjoy them both. I will always make it a point to have new cards and gift products in my store when time allows. So please be patient with me. :)
What type of gifts are in your store?
If you're like me, you enjoy giving and receiving unique gifts. The item itself may not be reinvented; however, my creative designs will bring character to unique wall art, books, hanging tags, stationery, journals, and more.
Are your cards copyright?
Yes! All greeting card text, quotes, and product text displayed is the copyright of Roslyn R. Vertison and is protected by US and international copyright law. All Rights Reserved.
If, for any reason, I use a design, text, or illustration that I did not create, I will give full credit to the artist.
Why do my statement have vertison Photography on it?
Currently, Breathe by Ren will be sold under the umbrella of Vertison Photography and will eventually become a standalone store in the future.
PLEASE NOTE: On the back of a few premium tags and other products, you will see the name Breathe Greetings. Breathe Greetings was another name I began with before operating under my current name, Breathe by Ren. I have only a few products in stock with my old logo and old email address on the back. So it wouldn't affect the products at all.
What are your current business hours?
Breathe By Ren is a small startup, and your emails are important to me. I will answer each email during my business hours, Monday through Friday from 9 am to 3 pm Central Time, excluding major holidays, photography sessions, and vacations. All after-hours emails will be answered upon the following business day.
What is your procssing time?
I will always strive to process your order promptly. Small orders will generally take 2-3 business days to process before shipping out if they are in stock. If you have a large order, reach out to me for an estimated time.
All orders placed after 3 pm Central Time on Friday or orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday during regular business hours.
What is your shipping timeline?
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Depending on the efficiency of your local postal service and the location in which you reside, standard shipments can arrive between 2 and 7 business days or 2-3 weeks once processing is complete.
PLEASE NOTE: All delivery time frames are estimates. Actual delivery time may vary due to weather, service delays, holidays, or other factors.
What is your holiday shipping Timeline?
Please take into consideration that when ordering around the holiday season, it can get busy. To ensure you receive your order on time, please place all large holiday orders 3-4 months in advance and small orders 1-2 months in advance if possible. At times, it may not be possible if a new item (s) are released closer to the holiday. If this happens, please reach out to me, and I will do all I can to work something out.
Do you do custom work?
To find the time to provide unique new writings and gifts, I have to decline doing personal custom work at this point, unfortunately.
